Welcome to KEDZ Home Services. By booking a window cleaning service with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • All bookings must be scheduled through our website, email, or phone.

    A deposit of 50% is required before service, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfers. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. If canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed 24+ hours in advance without penalty.

    KEDZ Home Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

    Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, or freezing temperatures.

    Customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a weather-related rescheduling. Customer Responsibilities

    Customers must provide clear and safe access to all windows being serviced. Any fragile or valuable items near windows should be moved prior to the service.

    If access is restricted, KEDZ Home Services may be unable to complete the job, and a partial or full charge may still apply.

    Satisfaction Guarantee

    We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If there are any concerns with the service provided, customers must notify us within 24 hours for a resolution.

    Any touch-ups or corrections will be provided at no additional cost.

  • KEDZ Home Services takes utmost care in providing services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or sills.

    Any damages caused by our technicians must be reported on the same day of service for review.

  • Customer information will only be used for booking and service-related communications. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

  • KEDZ Home Services reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any significant changes that may affect their bookings.
